Important: the nightlife experience is hosted in English. Participants must be at least 18 years old and carry valid physical identification.
1. Operator and scope
Meet, Drink & Party is operated by DARDOURI MOHAMED AMINE, Entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 924 033 269, EU VAT FR63 924033269.
A booking becomes binding when payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued. These terms supplement the booking summary and any product-specific information displayed before payment.
2. Experience and eligibility
The standard pub crawl generally visits 3 or 4 bars and a final nightclub with a guide. Regular departures are offered at 9PM and 10PM. Halloween and New Year’s Eve departures are offered at 8PM and 9PM. The selected product, date and time on the confirmation control.
Every participant must be 18 or older, bring a valid physical passport or identity document, comply with venue dress codes and security rules, and be fit to participate. Club admission remains subject to lawful safety, capacity and intoxication checks by the venue.
3. Included and excluded
Unless the booking page states otherwise, the ticket includes the host, the announced route, access to partner offers and admission to the final nightclub. Drinks are not included in the ticket price. At each participating bar, one complimentary shot is provided only after the participant purchases a first drink. Extra drinks and cloakroom fees are not included.
Skip-the-line access is provided where announced, but normal security or capacity queues may still apply at peak times.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The final price, product and any booking fees are shown before payment in the TicketingHub checkout and take precedence over promotional text elsewhere on the website. Payment is processed by the payment providers presented at checkout.
The regular pub crawl costs €20 when booked online. A walk-in ticket at the meeting point costs €20 and is offered only if capacity remains. A walk-in sale may be refused when the group is full or when age, identification, safety, conduct or dress requirements are not met.
The standard online price is €20. A recurring seasonal offer reduces it to €17 every year: spring from 21 March to 20 June, summer from 21 June to 20 September, autumn from 21 September to 20 December, and winter from 21 December to 20 March. Seasons change at midnight Paris time.
5. Cancellation by the customer
To cancel, use the instructions in your confirmation or email info@meetdrinkandparty.com with the booking reference. The sending time of the request is used to assess the deadline.
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund for a direct booking.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start or no-show: no refund.
- Rescheduling is not available. A new booking is required.
6. No 14-day withdrawal right
For leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code. The cancellation policy above therefore applies once the booking is confirmed.
7. Changes or cancellation by the organiser
The route, bars, club, guide or timings may be reasonably adjusted for safety, venue capacity, closure or operational reasons while preserving the essential nature of the experience. If Meet, Drink & Party cancels the experience without providing an equivalent service, the customer will be offered a new date where possible or a refund of the affected booking.
Photos and videos during events
Photos and videos may be taken during events to present the Meet, Drink & Party experience.
Subject to applicable law and any required permission, this content may be used and posted for up to five years on our website, promotional materials and official Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X accounts. If a participant is identifiable, express permission specifying the media, purposes and duration is requested before publication; accepting these terms alone does not replace that permission.
Tell the guide or photographer before or during the event if you do not want to appear. You may also request removal at info@meetdrinkandparty.com; we will handle the request as soon as reasonably possible. Images are not sold or transferred to third parties without separate permission.
8. Arrival and conduct
Participants must arrive at the stated meeting point and time. Joining after departure cannot be guaranteed and does not create a right to a refund. The guide(s) wait outside McBrides Bar, wearing badges with the Meet, Drink & Party logo. If you cannot find them, ask the bartenders.
Threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or persistently disruptive behaviour, possession of illegal drugs, outside alcohol, or excessive intoxication may lead to refusal or removal without refund, subject to applicable law. Participants remain responsible for their own conduct and personal belongings.
For the regular pub crawl, the 21:00 meeting point is McBrides Bar. The 22:00 join point is not McBrides Bar: the group is already moving, so participants must request the live location on WhatsApp before or after booking.
9. Responsibility
Meet, Drink & Party is responsible for properly performing its contractual obligations as required by law. It is not responsible for damage caused by the participant’s own fault, an unforeseeable and unavoidable third party, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints and consumer mediation
Complaints should be sent to info@meetdrinkandparty.com. Please include the booking reference and a clear description of the issue.
No consumer mediator is designated as of the last update of these terms. The operator will update this section when an eligible mediation service is appointed. This disclosure does not limit any mandatory consumer right or the customer’s access to a competent court.
11. Applicable law and languages
French law applies, without depriving a consumer residing in another country of any mandatory protection provided by the law of that country. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable consumer law. The French version is the reference version, subject to mandatory law.
